Description

Crunchy, creamy, and full of bold flavor, these Air Fryer Stuffed Pickles make the perfect low-carb snack or party appetizer. With a tangy dill base, savory cheese filling, and crispy topping, they’re deliciously addicting and quick to make.


Ingredients

  • 6 large dill pickles, halved lengthwise and scooped out
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 tbsp chopped chives or green onions
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Topping:

  • 1/4 cup seasoned breadcrumbs or panko
  • 1 tbsp melted butter

Optional Add-ins:

  • Chopped cooked bacon
  • Jalapeños or hot sauce
  • Fresh dill or parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Slice pickles in half lengthwise and scoop out the centers to form boats.
  2. Pat the hollowed pickles dry with paper towels.
  3. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, shredded cheddar, chives, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  4. Spoon or pipe the filling into each pickle half.
  5. In a separate bowl, mix breadcrumbs with melted butter.
  6. Sprinkle the buttery breadcrumbs over the filled pickles.
  7. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (if needed).
  8. Place pickles in the air fryer basket or tray in a single layer.
  9. Air fry for 8–10 minutes until golden and crispy.
  10. Remove carefully and garnish with fresh herbs if desired. Serve warm.
