  • 1 lb large raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil or avocado oil spray
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs or panko
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)
  • Lemon wedges, for serving

Instructions

  1. Pat the shrimp dry with a paper towel.
  2. In a bowl, toss shrimp with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add breadcrumbs and toss gently to coat.
  4. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3-5 minutes.
  5. Place shrimp in a single layer in the basket. Lightly spray with oil.
  6. Air fry for 6–8 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  7. Garnish with parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
