Ingredients
16 oz whole button or cremini mushrooms
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
Salt and black pepper to taste
Fresh chopped parsley (optional)
Instructions
1. Clean the mushrooms with a damp cloth and trim the stems. Cut any large mushrooms in half.
2. In a large bowl, toss mushrooms with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until well coated.
3. Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (193°C) for 3 minutes.
4. Place mushrooms in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Avoid overcrowding.
5. Cook at 380°F for 10–12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
6. Remove and garnish with fresh parsley if desired. Serve hot.
