- 1.5 pounds baby potatoes (halved or sliced)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano or thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Instructions
- Wash and cut potatoes into halves or 1/2-inch thick slices.
- Optional: Soak potatoes in cold water for 15-30 minutes to remove starch.
- Pat dry thoroughly with a clean towel.
- In a large bowl, toss potatoes with olive oil and seasonings until evenly coated.
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3-5 minutes.
- Arrange potatoes in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 15-20 minutes, shaking or flipping halfway through.
- Garnish with parsley if desired and serve hot.
