Golden and crispy on the outside, fluffy and tender on the inside, these air fryer potatoes are the ultimate side dish. With a quick prep and bold seasoning, they make a deliciously healthy alternative to deep-fried versions.


Ingredients

  • 1.5 pounds baby potatoes (halved or sliced)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano or thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. Wash and cut potatoes into halves or 1/2-inch thick slices.
  2. Optional: Soak potatoes in cold water for 15-30 minutes to remove starch.
  3. Pat dry thoroughly with a clean towel.
  4. In a large bowl, toss potatoes with olive oil and seasonings until evenly coated.
  5. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3-5 minutes.
  6. Arrange potatoes in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  7. Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 15-20 minutes, shaking or flipping halfway through.
  8. Garnish with parsley if desired and serve hot.
