- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 1 to 1 1/2 cups panko breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Cut chicken into uniform bite-sized pieces and pat them dry.
- Prepare three bowls: flour mixed with garlic powder, salt, and pepper; beaten eggs; and panko breadcrumbs.
- Dredge each chicken piece: first in flour, then in egg, and finally coat in panko.
- Preheat air fryer to 390°F (200°C) and spray basket lightly with oil.
