- 1 tbsp olive oil (optional)
- Sauce of choice (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with foil and place a wire rack on top.
- Pat the wings dry thoroughly with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
- In a large bowl, mix baking powder, salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and onion powder. Toss wings in the mixture until evenly coated.
- Arrange the wings on the wire rack in a single layer, ensuring they do not touch.
- Bake for 20 minutes, then flip each wing and bake for another 25-30 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
